I have taken on a new aspect to my business that could put some money in your pocket. I am looking for ugly houses to turn them around and help keep Des Moines beautiful. If you know someone who has been sitting on a house without updating it, or even fixing anything for a while, I might be useful. And, if I buy the house of the person you refer to me, I will give you $1,000, no strings attached.
My ideal house is in rough condition. My ideal client is someone who just wants to get out of it. I will make things as easy as possible. There will be no requirements for repairs, upgrades, or to even clean the house out. The seller can take what they want, and leave what they want, and I will deal with it all. I can also close in as little at one week if someone needs to get out of a house quick, and get cash in their pocket.
And, again, if you refer me to this person, I will give you $1,000 at closing. You don’t need to do anything to get that money other than give me a call or shoot me a text and let me know who to reach out to. How often have you been paid $1,000 for a two minute phone call?
Of course, I am still a realtor. I can even do both and let the buyer decide. I will show them what the market will bear, and what I will pay them right now with no showings, no inspections, and no wait. They get all the information and decide for themselves what works best for them. I am simply excited to help!
