The one question I get the most right now is, “How is the market doing?” Well, here are the numbers:
Currently, (as of June 18th, 2026) there are 4,187 houses for sale.
In the last month, 2,896 houses have sold or gone under contract to sell.
That means sixty-nine percent of the market sold in the last month. And the average days on market was fifty-eight, or just under two months. So, the market is moving. Buyers are being a bit more cautious, and sellers are needing to be a bit more lenient, and houses are still selling. Up to this point, we have sold 8,769 listings so far in 2026. And we are only just past halfway through the year.
