I had a client call me who was unhappy. They had found a house they wanted, and the way they had figured out how to finance it fell through. They told me they were going to give up and just keep renting for now.
I asked them to hold on a moment, and I started asking questions. Turns out, we could still get them the house with some creative financing. So now, they are under contract and will own their first home ever less than one month from today.

To be completely blunt, I will also let you know the landmines I see, and work to guide you through them with as little stress as possible. So much is possible beyond having to put down twenty percent on a stereotypical mortgage.
